It started with a handshake, it ends with your customer shaking your hand.
When Matt Seymour, Company Director started off as a contractor analyising parts data for Renault UK a little short of a decade ago, little could he have known the success and growth which has since preceded him.
The Renault parts data analysis was in it's infancy at the time, the outdated DMS (Dealer Management System) was not robust enough, or flexible to allow for what was required in order to drive sales. Matthew helped build a reporting system that was revolutionary at the time, and allowed a greater amount of flexibility than was originally available.
More importantly however, it allowed Qube Data Management to be born, and from a small, working from home office Matthew recruited Richard and Sue a successful team which has continously grown and developed.
On the back of continued success on behalf of Renault UK, First Quench acquired the services of Qube Data Management Ltd to maintain and operate a call centre and reporting schedule for their loyalty scheme's, which was again an unprecdented success, culminating in Nectar's acquisition of the brand.
Upon conclusion of First Quench relationship, Qube Data Management focussed soley upon their knowledge of the Motor Trade and utilised the contacts within the Renault UK partnership to build similar relationship with Nissan GB - another unprecedented success story as Qube continue to grow.

Matthew Seymour
Matt Seymour started Qube in 1996. After graduating from Brighton Poly in 1989, Matt spent seven years working in the Financial Sector for Banks in London, Luxembourg, Brussels and Dublin. Matt specialises in database design and management and has skills in web development.

Sue Kirby
Sue joined Qube in 1999 after graduating from her degree in Business Studies. Sue has excellent communication skills and has worked as the Office Manager and Account Manager to Renault.

Dick Hill
Dick Hill joined Qube in 1999 after a long and successful career in the Banking Sector. Dick has degrees in Geography and Computing and specialises in Database and Web Design.
